I just countered a customer that I worked with asked about his house and he is going to sell his house/complex. He has been trying to get it appraised for the past three weeks. He just hasn’t had time plus is remodeling. He give me his number, told him I can be in touch with him it hasn’t been uploaded in the market his uncle passed away which is why he got the house.
