I just countered a customer that I worked with asked about his house and he is going to sell his house/complex. He has been trying to get it appraised for the past three weeks. He just hasn’t had time plus is remodeling. He give me his number, told him I can be in touch with him it hasn’t been uploaded in the market his uncle passed away which is why he got the house. He’s selling it to split the money evenly with the family. This is my first encounter seriously don’t know what to do location SLC UT
