The fix is simple, not easy:
Stay in front of them. Not with automated drip emails — with actual check-ins. A text. A call. A comment on their post.
Give them a reason to think of you when someone brings up real estate. That means posting, showing up, sharing wins, sharing lessons.
Be the person they're proud to refer — not just someone they vaguely remember.
Your sphere is a pipeline. It needs maintenance.
