Hey everyone! 👋
I’m currently preparing for the Michigan real estate exam and could use some advice, structure, and maybe even a little accountability. I’ve already completed the 40-hour pre-licensing course and it’s been a while since I’ve took it, so now I’m in the self-study phase — and that’s where I’m hitting some roadblocks.
My biggest challenge right now is staying focused and creating a consistent study routine. Between work and everyday distractions, I find myself struggling to lock in and truly absorb the material.
Here’s what I’m currently doing:
- Using PrepAgent, Quizlet, and the PSI book
- Mixing in flashcards and practice questions
- Studying in short blocks, but it’s hard to stay on track
My goals over the next few weeks:
✅ Create and stick to a realistic study schedule
✅ Improve my focus during study sessions
✅ Take and pass the exam on the first try
If anyone has tips on how they stayed focused, organized their study time, or handled the exam anxiety — I’d really appreciate hearing about it. Also open to finding a study partner or group if anyone’s interested.
Thanks in advance — wishing all of you success on your journey too!
