Many agents are wondering how the they are going to get the buyers agreements signed. Don’t worry I got you covered. I’m offering a free buyers Consultation Package. This will help you communicate what working with you gets your client. The NARs settlement is actually a good thing for good agents. Lazy agents that are bad at following up, staying organized, and negotiating won’t be in the game much longer. Last thing I recommend is formulation your value proposition. You need a list of exclusive, off market homes, you need a loan officer who can get everything done efficiently, you will need a support staff that will help your clients work through the transaction, you need a functional website and much much more. You’ll soon get left behind if you’re a good agent with average systems and value proposition's that are not showcased to your buyer. This weeks Goals!
Here are my goals for the week! I need to double down on the hands that I have (like in blackjack). I've got a solid plan and I need to stick to it. Getting distracted by the newest trends or software always throws me off track! Gotta focus on what works and keep moving forward. 1. **Real Estate Transactions:** - Close on one new Escrow. - Attempt to wholesale or negotiate a price drop for one deal. - Open escrow on the small fixer property in San Diego. - Finalize closing for the 2 new escrows from last week. 2. **Airbnb Launch:** - Launch Airbnb today and manage the first bookings. 3. **Investor and Agent Support:** - Set up IRA Investor. - Assist an agent in running ads for their first-time homebuyer seminar. 4. **Content Creation:** - Shoot content for the week to maintain marketing momentum. 5. **Financial and Administrative Tasks:** - Handle CPA-related tasks and financial management. 6. **Data Management:** - Sort through new data supplier information and learn how to extract necessary data. Delegate tasks related to this process. 7. **Event Planning and Training:** - Push forward with planning a new event. - Conduct training sessions for the call center to enhance performance. 8. **Offer Management and Revenue Generation:** - Follow up on all 5 outstanding offers with the goal of closing at least one deal. - Focus on revenue generation across all activities.
