Back at it 27 years later
🏆I wanted to share a win with all of you.
I started swimming competitively again after 27 years away.
10 years ago I never would’ve thought I’d be back in the pool. My back hurt, I was overweight and my shoulders would’ve begged for mercy.
Patience and consistency has paid off.
I get to compete against men half my age and hold my own as the only 44 year old dad in the water.
Plus, I get to share my passion for the sport with my kids who compete at the same time.
This is why we work at becoming hard to kill.
