Meeting Jon Gordon at Pelican Credit Union's Annual Family Reunion in 2020 was a defining moment for me. That experience played a big role in shaping my commitment to personal growth, a positive mindset, and people-centered leadership, values that align closely with Pelican’s mission.

When I learned about Jon’s Certified Positive Leader Program last year, I saw it as an opportunity to invest in myself so I could better serve the teams and members I support at Pelican. The program has strengthened my leadership skills and reinforced the importance of building positive, engaged, and empowered teams.

I’m grateful to be part of an organization that encourages growth and development, and I’m excited to continue applying what I’ve learned while staying connected to the Positive Leader community.
