Happy Super Bowl LX- 2/08/26
Sunday is for clarity, not noise.
The standard is simple—and it always has been.
If you show up.
If you do your job.
If you work hard.
If you know what’s required.
If you hold yourself accountable.
If you communicate with honesty and respect.
You matter here. I’ll listen. I’ll invest. I’ll do whatever I can to help you grow.
But if you don’t do those things—if you avoid responsibility, drift through expectations, or disappear when it’s time to own your role—this isn’t the place for you. Not out of ego. Out of respect for the standard.
Sunday reminds me that leadership isn’t about collecting people. It’s about protecting culture. Standards aren’t negotiable, and alignment isn’t optional. The right people don’t need to be chased—they show themselves by how they live the work.
As I reset today, I’m grateful for the people who choose discipline over excuses, clarity over chaos, and effort over entitlement. That’s who I’m building with. That’s who I’m going to war with.
Tomorrow starts another week.
Same standard.
Same commitment.
No compromise.
