The workout was simple: he had to make "3-in-a-rows" from various on the move, off the dribble, and catch and shoot 3s
If he made 3 in a row, he got a win. Every time he didn't make 3 in a row, he got a loss
It was first to 25 wins. He ended up losing 25-24
His focus was through the roof. The intensity and enjoyment of the workout was great
Just a simple "gamifying" of the drill made it 10x better
