Developing Pace for Stiff Players
What’s the best tactic, drill or teaching points you have to help athletes develop pace in their dribble when they don’t naturally have it?

@Caden Clark I like this!
Consequences for lack of effort.
I have a few philosophies on this but wanted to bring it to the community to start the conversation. What are your thoughts on consequences for not going hard in workouts? If you make them run, do the kids lose motivation, lose confidence or does it impact the training environment? OR Do you put limitations and constraints in drills to force them to go hard? (For example: point system, competition, etc) At what point is it the kid doesn't want it or it's the coaches job to curate the environment for work ethic? I have had many conversations with my internal team and other coaches in other areas. Curious to know what the community thinks.

Handling Pressure
Hi all! I'm putting together some analyitics for our varsity boys program from this past year to identify the "big rocks" we need to work on in the off season. And one HUGE ROCK are our TOs. We had a much better eFG% than our opponents but went 12-21 mostly due to opponent getting more shots and more possessions. I have a couple of sons on the team. Anyone have any drills/training for individual players or a team that has gotten you results in handling pressure and limiting TOs? Thanks!

@Daniel Cooper I remember doing this in college. It was a great concept for us.
Lifting and Shooting Mechanics
I have a kid that just started lifting and it is impacting her shot a bit in workouts and games. Best advice on how to manage or advice I can provide for her?
Regimen Structure
Do you have a template that you use to structure your group sessions for your coaches? How frequently do you meet to provide feedback and mentorship for growth? @Daniel Cooper
