Recently, we've had some athletes in our academy who get down on themselves after a missed shot, turnover, defensive breakdown, etc.
I've tried to explain to them that failure is part of the process, and we actually try to create an environment where they can experiment and fail. A good majority of these kids can't seem to get out of their own heads, and it's holding back their game big time.
What are some ways you've helped your athletes get around this?⬇️
