  2. The "Drills" you use aren't as important as the "why" behind each drill
  3. Finding Solutions to Problems (as quick as possible) makes you a great coach
  4. Having Defenders/rebounders make the workout 10x better
  5. Coming in with a plan gives you confidence to command the workout
  6. Focus on 1 thing at a time
  7. Shooting is the most important skill in basketball
  8. Live Defense > Cone drills
  9. Nothing beats simply playing basketball
