Customer Lifetime Value
Hi or if anyone else knows, so sorry to bother you. I'm just working my way through the Dance Pro content. I'm a bit stuck with the monthly Customer Lifetime Value. Not sure how I calculate the life time value. Do I need to access each student to work this out. Example: How many years they have attended the studio etc. Thank you so much for your help x
