Starter Pack Part 1: Getting Started

The Daily Email House Starter Pack is a go.
I've written up the first part below.
It covers getting started — my recommendation for which email software to use, and how to do the bare minimum so that by the end of today, you can legitimately say, "WHY YES, I DO HAVE AN EMAIL LIST."
