Funny enough I just joined the group after being in the course for 4 months! My name is Jack McCollom out of Des Moines, IA and I passed my exam this morning first try!

Glad you're here! This community is built for coaches, CSCS candidates, and performance-minded professionals who take their craft seriously. 👉 In your first post, tell us: - Who you are and what you do - Where you're at in your CSCS journey (or if you're already certified, what you're working on now) - A fun fact—either about your coaching, your training, or just something that makes you you - And post a photo of your training space—whether it’s a garage gym, college weight room, or the local fitness club. We want to see it! This is your space to level up, get real answers, and connect with others who are serious about performance—let’s raise the standard together.

Hey I'm Henry. I'm currently a personal trainer/ Pro athlete. I want to study and take the CSCS eventually (its so expensive 😕 ). I love coaching and PT right now. After playing pro, I want to get into coaching athletes instead of the gen pop. That's why I want to get all the help I can get to prep for the CSCS. I workout at the Crunch I work at and sometimes my University!

Hey all! I am so excited to be here and learn from you all! I am a sports dietitian, USAT Level I coach and HS Track and Field Coach at Crimson Cliffs in St George, UT. My heart and sole is sports nutrition and I recently started coaching ~2 years ago. I am finding a deep love for coaching in the same way I love sports nutrition. And, as most of you know, they overlap so much! I am looking forward to becoming CSCS certified to add another layer of support to my athletes so they can perform at their peak performance potential! If you or your athletes need sports nutrition help always happy to be a resource or hop on a call: https://www.instagram.com/a.dash.of.dana/

I am a DNP‑prepared, board‑certified CRNA and retired Army anesthetist who now balances active clinical practice with teaching at multiple universities, mentoring the next generation of nurse anesthetists and contributing to the scholarly literature in anesthesia and education. Drawing on years of high‑acuity trauma work, classroom and simulation‑based instruction, and editorial and publishing experience, I focus on practical, evidence‑informed approaches to safe, high‑reliability care under pressure. Outside the OR and classroom, I have a long history in bodybuilding and strength training, which shapes my disciplined, performance‑oriented mindset and the way I coach students, colleagues, and patients toward sustainable excellence. I'm currently studying for the CSCS exam because my son's HS desires to have me as their strength and conditioning coach. I also love learning! Fun fact, I'm currently prepping to break the world record in the deadlift only for my age group 55-59, 100 kg weight class in the IPF. That record right now is 683 lbs.
