Hello everyone
It’s my pleasure to be part of the CSCS Accelerator group. My background is from sports. I used to play professional cricket in India. I have done my education from India Bachelor of physical education, Master of physical education 2013. 2016 I moved to New Zealand and done sports and exercise science level 7. Currently I am working as a lead strength and conditioning coach with football club. I have 9 team from age group boys 13 to men’s and some from girls 13 to women. I love my work and helping athletes πŸ™πŸ» I joined this group to learn more, enhance my knowledge, skills, and understanding from CSCS prospective. CSCS valued worldwide. C- monitoring their workload , quality of movement is still highest priority, volume and intensity reduce so that athlete can adjust with body changes , because muscle , tendon still need to adjust with bone formation changes. This will help to reduces the injury chances as well.
