Gluten Free Medication
Hi everyone! How do you all verify that any prescriptions are gluten free? My pharmacist just told me he had no idea how to tell if something is gluten free and I had to explain to him what Celiac is and why it's important that my prescription is gluten free. Spent over 30 minutes trying to verify for myself while standing in the pharmacy with him also "checking". This is the second time it's happened at this pharmacy (obvs going to change pharmacies going forward).

No appetite
Hi ladies! I was diagnosed with celiac disease in June 2025, but lost my appetite completely in August 2024. I still have no appetite whatsoever after almost one year on the gluten free diet. Has anyone else experienced this? ❤️
Travel Advice
Hi everyone! I am a very sensitive coeliac, but also want to continue travelling! My next bucket list trip is Japan. I found “Gluten Free Tours Japan” but the price for (mainly) remote support system is quite high. Are there any travel support systems, or providers I could hire separately to aid with the language barrier? Or anything along those lines? Thank you so much in advance for any assistance or insight you may have 😊

Restaurants
Hi everyone, I’m a very anxious person so having coeliac disease has been especially difficult as I can’t “people please” in restaurants any more. I was wondering if anyone had any advice of what I can say when I call a restaurant to ask them about their gluten free options? I’m the type of person who needs a script for everything so any advice would be much appreciated!
