TASK MANAGEMENT TOOL?
@Cate Stillman and everyone who uses a task management tool - please share what you use and what you love about it? I was inspired by Cate's sharing about a shift of not opening her emails until she did the simple steps of going through the task management tool. Would love to hear from anyone about how you got started with it and how it has helped you. I have been a very spontaneous type and am looking to bring more structure to increase productivity and focus.

I use it as a tracker, and for lists of thoughts, ideas and to do’s.

I also created a list called TODAY. It is my “To Do” list. I also sort within my list with general words - ex: Garden - add compost I do that so that my to do’s are sorted by category. I check them off if they are done and uncheck them if they need to be repeated. In the My Day section items disappear at the end of the day so the TODAY list was my solution for that issue
Questions for my PA
Hi Cate. I first heard your name at a Panchakarma retreat at Blue Sage Ayurveda. I was there with Katie Silcox. I had no idea who she was when we met. I have been healthy my entire life however I have experience bloating and am finding it harder to maintain my weight as I am getting older. I will be 60 next month. I have a doctors appointment next week and I am wondering if there is anything specifically I should request in terms of tests. In November I am going to India for a month and I am going to ask about ear patches for air sickness.
Ready or not, here I come!
I am excited to have found this community. Looking forward to learning more. Willing to do whatever it takes to begin my 60’s with continued radiant health and vitality.
