@Cate Stillman I ended up doing a full fast—a first for me. I'm surprised at how non-hungry I've been. I have two questions: If I start to get really hungry in the afternoon today on day 3, is it better to eat something and then continue to fast in the evening and night, or is it better to hold off as long as possible, even if that means eating closer to bedtime? What do you recommend for return to eating on Thursday? Just stick to what is on the Microbiome diet list? Thanks for the support.
