🎺🇺🇸 Before DBR, I was a Bandmaster and a Soldier.
I served in the U.S. Army as a musician and conductor, deployed to Iraq, and led soldiers and ensembles worldwide.
Music taught me leadership.
The military taught me discipline.
Both taught me resilience under pressure.
Business is just a new stage.
