Video speed on my About page!

Hi all. If anyone would be willing to pop onto my about page and watch the short video on there, I'd very much appreciate it 🤩 People read at different speeds and I dont want it too fast... nor too slow.. I want it Juuuust right! If you find it a tad fast, does pausing it to read the caption put you off or is it doable?
