Letโ€™s talk about something a lot of us are quietly struggling with.
Burnout does not always show up as exhaustion.
Sometimes it looks like losing motivation, pulling back, overthinking everything, or feeling disconnected from things you once cared about.
Hereโ€™s a simple but powerful tip:
Stop trying to push through what your body and mind are asking you to pause and process.
Burnout does not mean you are weak.
It usually means you have been strong for too long without enough support.
One small shift that helps:
Start checking in with yourself the same way you check in with everyone else.
Ask, what do I actually need today, and give yourself permission to answer honestly. I just gave everyone in my community a gift on preventing burnout. This is the type of things we do. This is the type of stuff I create for my nurtured wildflower family.!!
