One of the things I've found to be so helpful as I've grown 5 online businesses is RHYTHMS.

Here's my annual planning checklist AND the order I add things to my calendar.

1️⃣ Family Time: Block out birthdays, anniversaries, and special events first! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

2️⃣ Time Off: We take the 4th week of every month off—hands down one of the best business decisions we've made. 🌴

3️⃣ Date-Specific Events: Speaking gigs, retreats, and other important events. 📅

4️⃣ Launches: Plan 1-3 offer launches per year. 🚀

5️⃣ Visibility Ramp-Up: Schedule visibility activities leading up to your launch. 🔥

6️⃣ Quarterly Marketing Fireworks: Set big marketing pushes for each quarter! 🎯
