๐Ÿ“ข Don't listen to software sellers!
This is a rant.
I've been working on the tech market for 10 years. One thing that I noticed is this industry is dominated by 2 kinds of professionals:
  • People who are selling their software
  • People who are selling their services (and secretly also a software)
Both do not care about your goals and your budget. They just want to push you to choose the most expensive option without caring if you're really going to use it correctly.
So you're convinced that a magic tool is going to revolutionize your business, they make you think that it will do all the work for you. And than you pay for a software, you hire someone to implement it to you...
And after all of that you realize that it is not what you really needed. Because in this whole process nobody cared about solving your issue! They just wanted to make a sale.
I want to be the kind of IT professional that presents you to a tailored solution for your problem. With the tool that you can pay for. Checking your whole process to see if that works for you. So at the end you can have a tech stack that actually makes sense for your operations.
If you like that, check my community. Hop into a Tech Talk Thursday. Post your difficulties. I'll be happy to find the best solutions for your problems.
