🌿 An Accessible Alternative to Retreats or Intensive Coaching
I’ve created a gentle 4-week mindfulness course for people experiencing stress, overwhelm, or burnout who may not be able to attend retreats or commit to intensive coaching.
This is a calm, self-paced course hosted inside a private Skool community, designed to fit around real life rather than asking you to step away from it.
The focus is on:
  • Short, accessible guided meditations
  • Calming audio and sensory practices
  • Reflection and journaling prompts
  • Gradual nervous system support
  • Optional weekly structure, with no pressure to keep up
It’s intended as a supportive space for people who want steadiness, consistency, and kindness — without urgency, fixing, or high expectations.
