I did it twice
I am winding balls for my sweater project that I am just beginning. While I wind yarn I am thinking about what style of sweater I want to make, will I put a collar, hood, both, a border. Slowly the details are becoming clearer at least in terms of the big picture. Thank you @Kim Thompson-Pinder for including all the worksheets for download. I can feel my confidence building as I wind balls. My investment in a Premium membership is paying off everyday. It gives me the conditions (community and resources) to succeed. I have two balls wound now and I have no idea how much yarn I need yet. So I will wind 5 for now. As usual, after I wind the ball I weigh it and record the weight on a tag that identifies what it is (POL) and the weight. As you can see I wound both balls to the exact same weight. I wound one yesterday and one today, hours after each other. I weighed both of them today, one after another. Here are some photos of the Pound of Love colour Wintergreen. Stay tuned. It’s going to take me a while to make a sweater
