💛 Quick Community Update 🧶✨
First, I want to apologize for not being around quite as much lately. While my vacation was very good and much needed, some ongoing personal things connected to my role as a Pastor’s wife have left me a little more tired than usual. Thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding over the last little while 💛 🧶 What I’m Working On Right Now I’m currently a bit behind on creating and releasing new patterns, so I’m taking this week and a little bit into next week to really focus on: ✨ Finishing projects ✨ Filming tutorials ✨ Editing videos ✨ Writing and formatting patterns The good news is… 👉 New projects will start releasing again next week, including our first summer project ☀️🧶 And I’m really excited about what’s coming. ☀️ A Thought for June… I’ve also been thinking about doing something special for our VIP members in June… 👕 A “Create Your Own Summer T-Shirt” Challenge 👕 This would be a guided challenge where we work through creating and designing our own summer tops together. Before I start planning it out fully, I’d love to know: 👉 Would this be something our VIP members would be interested in? Let me know your thoughts below 👇✨ Thank you all again for being such a supportive and encouraging community. This truly is a special place 💛 Let’s keep the crank turning 🧶✨

Looking forward to it
I know when to keep things to myself
When my son came upstairs to get the kiddos today, he immediately asked what are we making? I answer “POOP!” The grands bust out laughing. He says, I can see that, I know what an emoji is, why are you making them? I simply say we were just practicing with some left over cord we had made! I dare not say it was one of the projects I got from @Julie Findleton from the CKM group I joined. I’m not looking to get banned. I couldn’t take pics of them working because only Grandma gets to use the glue gun and that stuff hardens very quickly. Because of their schedules, we probably won’t be able to finish until next week.

Daily Yarn/knitting Fact
Knitting was considered a national duty during times of war In many countries, the women who were left behind in times of war were tasked with picking up where the men left off. Their jobs included making aircrafts, weapons, farming, and more; they were also charged with the duty to knit socks, hats, and scarves for the soldiers that were stationed in cold places.
