This exercise is to work on knowing how to transition between two or more pentatonic shapes on the fretboard. This video focus more on the first and second shape, will practice with the other 3 shapes within the super shape.
The trick with the metronome is to be able to increase my speed and comfort ability of playing the first and second shapes using a method of being able to nail a certain BPM a certain amount of times before increasing speed.
80 BPM, 85 BPM, 100 BPM
