I went to Whole Foods yesterday and almost impulsively grabbed for my favorite vegan oatmeal cream pies (3 in pack, that I always plan to eat 1 a day but end up eating the same day)—-because of the CYC challenge, I grabbed some purple grapes for a snack instead 😅
I actually felt empowered a while later—-but walking out the store without those cookies was hard 🤣😅🤦🏽♀️
The craving came after running my children around town for sports and dance etc…I realized yesterday that snacks are what I lean into after stressful days—-ima try to reprogram my brain to lean into fruit during those times instead 🫡 #cyc
