CYC kids will officially have our first zoom tonight. I hope to see you all at 6pm EST. Link 🔗 is in the calendar and here in case!

We will talk more about the importance of balancing the needs of being a caregiver with the needs of SELF.

We have the power to rewrite the story! Everyone should value self and make sure their cup is full before trying to pour out into others. Especially those caring for others daily too! It’s not selfish (negative) to take care of self or make changes.
