Morning All, I have sent a BoE to Yorkshire water as it says in their corporation document at companies house they accept them. Obviously they ignored this and sent another demand. I sent SAR to find out what happened to BoE as I believe I have the right to demand it's return if it is dishonored. They passed my SAR email to billing dept. who replied saying they only accept the payment methods on the demand letter. Also they say the contents of the reply are confidential and not to be shared. Shall I contact them to demand the return of my BoE before any further action to settle account.? Any other suggestions welcome.

Just to add, I begrudge paying Y.W as they admit to dumping sewage in the river systems and as a keen fisherman I have seen the rapid decline in our local rivers. To me it's like paying for someone to take a skip away to find they have dumped it in the local nature reserve.
