Morning, I contacted Morrisons supermarket for a copy of my data filmed at the self service till, they have replied saying there was a technical fault with the cameras that day so no footage was captured. Obviously a convenient excuse, do I still have a claim ?

Morning All, I have sent a BoE to Yorkshire water as it says in their corporation document at companies house they accept them. Obviously they ignored this and sent another demand. I sent SAR to find out what happened to BoE as I believe I have the right to demand it's return if it is dishonored. They passed my SAR email to billing dept. who replied saying they only accept the payment methods on the demand letter. Also they say the contents of the reply are confidential and not to be shared. Shall I contact them to demand the return of my BoE before any further action to settle account.? Any other suggestions welcome. Just to add, I begrudge paying Y.W as they admit to dumping sewage in the river systems and as a keen fisherman I have seen the rapid decline in our local rivers. To me it's like paying for someone to take a skip away to find they have dumped it in the local nature reserve.

DCBL finally replied to my SAR request on email yesterday. They sent a big email waffling rubbish (I attached a photo with a glimpse of what they had to say). Just replied with the SAR 2 legal challenge. Will give updates when they respond (for the people who care 😂)

Just a little tip. When sending notices,DSARs etc and you have the receipt from the post office, always take a photo straight away and save it so if you lose the receipt you still have the proof. You can print off and add to your file as well😊 it's easy to lose the small slips or throw them by mistake

Wasting no time in getting SAR off today, from last nights meet. Got £70 'fine' for overstay of 58 seconds. Still waiting for reply from yorkshire water in returning my dishonoured bill of exchange. Been well over the 10 days i gave them. .
