Hi there, Hope you are all doing great this day of Thor, plenty of Vitamin D up north, had a fantastic walk down the beach and then in the woods with Mouse, Tonight we have our group meeting, i am going to cover the legal title that these Dirty DCAs do not possess, this means that they have no legal ownership of any debt, so no legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR, i have created a new basis for the "Witness Statement" and "Skeleton Argument" for a data breach case where the DCAs always attempt to slide the court over to a consumer debt proving case, i have also created a block document list to stop any escape attempts of the DCAs, so this will be an important infomative meeting for a lot of people, as they are being lied to and rail roaded by these Dirty DCAs and easily swayed judges, hope to see you soon Peter

I was helping a friend a few months back driving. He has now received a NIP off some general ticket office manager on behalf of the behalf of the chief constable (no names) The main company who my friend was subcontrating for are asking who was driving? He says he thinks it was me but told the main company he’s not sure he will try and find out and get back to them. I haven’t a clue as it was back in June. Anyone any ideas how to proceed with this?

Piece of land (no mortgage) as asset in trust. Completly private, no public access or utilities connected, no formal postal address. Trust states:'exclusion of public claims: no public body, including any local council, statutory agency, or other governmental authority, has jurisdiction over trust property' so if an issue with not applying for planning permission arose, or any other council interference, how is best to deal with them? NDAs have been signed by trustees. No issues at present, but expecting some at some stage. Have Council constitution, and its all about businesses, electorates, uk citizens, and communities, etc which we are not. But not sure where to go from here on my learning. Any suggestions?
