Refusal of Appeal County Court

After quite some considerable effort to submit a defence and counterclaim after a hearing for which i was caught un-prepared. Successful application for resubmitting my defence and counterclaim. Judge ordered a transcript of the hearing and deemed the appeal denied. Forgive me that i'm not reporting better news to the Team. I have learnt a lot in this process and still believe the up to date information to be a strong defence from these crooks. Some feedback and support for possible solutions welcome. I will post some supporting information for those who would like it.
