Pra group v gary Sibson
Well I’ve just had a preliminary hearing with pra group.
Over a credit card debt. Judge doesn’t think my defence is solid although he’s given me a day in court and also given me 14 days to send in a correctly executed whitness statement which I didn’t do previously
He also said the frischman v vaxeal case law doesn’t stand with this case, can’t remember why exactly
I need help and advice as this is blowing my mind tbh
