Restricted email
Hi, has anyone had this kind of email from pra group ? I sent them a sar last week with my email address but also being dragged through the county court too

@Steve B I don’t get why they think saying it’s a restricted message in one email with a password in another email is more secure ? I feel it’s just so they know I’ve logged in but not sure if there’s any joinder or anything if I do !

Pra group v gary Sibson
Well I’ve just had a preliminary hearing with pra group. Over a credit card debt. Judge doesn’t think my defence is solid although he’s given me a day in court and also given me 14 days to send in a correctly executed whitness statement which I didn’t do previously He also said the frischman v vaxeal case law doesn’t stand with this case, can’t remember why exactly I need help and advice as this is blowing my mind tbh Thanks if anyone has time for me Gary
