Money claim against PRA group

Hi guys,

So I have submitted a claim against PRA group and they have of course rejected it. I am now in the process of responding, I have until 8th April to respond. I had been going through the response questions on the gov.uk site and there is a question I am not sure how to answer, choice is "yes" or "no". I am thinking I want to answer "no" so that I can hopefully get a judge to look at this. Any advice?

Do you consider that this claim is suitable for determination without a hearing, i.e. by a judge reading and considering the case papers, witness statements and other documents filled by the parties, making a decision, and giving a note of reason for that decision?
