Council Tax- interview under caution

I'm a single parent and have always paid council tax (feel like i don't want to anymore after this) my neighbour likes to report me and try get me into trouble all the time.

So I've received a letter from a stranger that looks like they work for a private company called veritau. They want to investigate the single person discount. I have been single for 11 years and never dated either. However i do sometimes have friends stay over. They want to interview me under caution. I've got my power of attorney to email them and say they are acting for me but the real registration with OPG can take months. My LPA has asked for a SAR. The stranger from veritau wants to know why I'm vulnerable and if I'm attending the interview under caution on Friday, despite my LPA declining the interview.

Do i continue with the next letter under SAR?

I don't want to share why I'm vulnerable and disclose medical records.

Can my LPA act for me before formal registration?

She thinks she is the police and wants to interview under caution
