The issue i have is that the police always send a crime number but they never ever bother to even come out to see me anymore as he does things like this regularly. Almost weekly/ sometimes monthly/ daily. So the police must have a mark to say…..oh its her again.

I like your answer and will use that once I've asked for my SAR. The reason i want to push for the SAR as the trouble stems from next door and i want to see if i can gather evidence but yes you are right, they are a private company and I've no idea how they got my private email address its shocking.

Can it be done online

I've done my OPG online and followed it up by sending the papers in the post. I wanted to register mine legitimately as i want to use it in court to help with my defense. I have done some research and found that once the office of public guardian is registered, you can file at land registry too to say you are registered with OPG and put restrictions on your home. This is important to me as i potentially could be homeless soon so i want to make it as hard as possible for the creditors to take my home. I also decided to use a very good friend instead of a legal fiction- mainly because she will need to attend court on my behalf. I will keep you posted!!!
