Hi all. I was moved to Octopus energy when my old supplier supposed went bump. This was three years ago and I haven't acknowledged any correspondence from them. Last week they remotely changed my meter to a prepayment meters. They are now adding over 9k alleged "debt" to these meters. Is there anything I can do or is it too late and it's a done deal?

So we terminated our account with Octopus and got a confirmation of the balance owed via email. We then got 'to the occupier' letters each month. Just today we received this letter from Churchill DCA. Unbelievable. Not only have Octopus breached GDPR by holding our data after the agreement has been terminated, but they sold it to a DCA... and it gets funnier... the DCA is applying for a warrant of entry to fit a new meter. I used the GDPR bot to generate a draft which I've tailored attached. I'm not intending to go to the hearing as it will be a sham like last time. Please can you advise or comment? @Dave DimeBar can you make the notice stronger? many thanks all...

As this is such a big deal, (that is my home and the big nasty banks) I've now served all the available notices to Barclays Bank and there has not been a signed (or unsigned) mortgage deed produced. This is profound as it means that without the proof of the 'contract', none exists. Can anyone help direct me from here as this is not your usual N1 'small' claim but the history of all my mortgage payments. I'm aware of the possible corruption leading to losing any court case... but need to start the legal proceedings... any advice much appreciated...

what's the view from the group on maintaining the dormant limited company (used for the HMLR trust forms) ? I'm not willing to give up the data on me, so on balance its not worth keeping the company going. Shut it down? Views?

Just got put on to these. I'm nearly at the end of video 5. A right old rollercoaster ride of new and existing ideas... David states he's been investigating the 'law' (in USA) for 30 years. Well worth listening to these. It is USA based (like Brendan Joe Williams) but covers a wide range of topics that will interest this group. If possible would be fantastic for @Dave DimeBar and @Peter Wilson to listen to these and comment. There seems a huge overlap of what David is saying with petes learnings. The Cestiu Que Vie info ties in with Victoria Rixen (placenta, birth forms) and petes great work... the 3 jurisdictions (Land, Air and Water) are interesting and would really appreciate views from you all ... posted here... the BAR info is compelling...
