Back in July 2021, I agreed to make payment to South West Water, (circumstances dictated) I completed payments therfore fulfilling my obligation. A paid in full notification was entered. I did a direct debit indemnity clawback for the payments In 2023.

Now in 2025 they want to reinstate the CCJ and have the paid in full notification cancelled. Can they do this?

I am thinking that the original application for a CCJ was satisfied. Can they now bring the original claim back into the court?
