Utility Warehouse Idiots
Just had a red letter demand for payment from the useless idiots at Utility Warehouse for electric usage. I paid the account over a week ago and have proof of payment. They state that a debt recovery company will be informed etc etc. I am now praying that the DCA will be contacting me. Bingo.

There only interest is in the meter. Ask them what is their interest in the gas installation up to the actual property.

Claim
Back in July 2021, I agreed to make payment to South West Water, (circumstances dictated) I completed payments therfore fulfilling my obligation. A paid in full notification was entered. I did a direct debit indemnity clawback for the payments In 2023. Now in 2025 they want to reinstate the CCJ and have the paid in full notification cancelled. Can they do this? I am thinking that the original application for a CCJ was satisfied. Can they now bring the original claim back into the court?

The court has granted a CCJ to Southwest Water despite my defence, which shows the debt was paid in full. I only found out about the CCJ when I got a notification from Clear Score. The CCJ was granted on the 12th September. No paperwork has been sent from the court. This is wholly inappropriate. I put in a complaint to the court, and they ignored it. I need help with the next steps, please.

Southwest Water
Southwest water are acting unconscionably by attempting to reconstitute a previous claim and have a district judge make an order for a CCJ. I am going to expose the shocking practices of these companies and the sham courts they collude with to obtain judgements. There will be no holding back. I will name the individuals from Southwest Water and the court officials.
