Health Trackers. Helpful or Hype?
Hey all! I’ve been considering getting some type of wearable to track my health metrics. I see there are so many of them out there. I would like to track mainly my HRV, Sleep, Stress and RHR. Is there anyone who has experience with these and if so were you happy with the results and accuracy of the data? I was thinking of a ring or a band. Thank you!!
