Hey everyone, I’ve been toying with the idea of a casual “Breakfast with the Coach” hangout each Monday at 8 AM just a quick phone-in or Zoom-in session over your coffee and eggs to chat about training wins, peptide experiments, weekend highlights, or whatever’s on your mind.
What do you think? Would you join in at 8 AM EST on Mondays? Phone or Zoom what’s easier for you? Should we keep it super informal, or would a light agenda help?
I’d love to know:• How often would you come? Every week, every other week, or just when you’re up for it?• What format feels best audio-only phone call, Zoom video, or even Clubhouse style?
