Eating breakfast everyday, ! Drinking more water than I ever have consistently- squash girl here 🫣 hitting the gym twice 💪🏻 loving it want more, increased weights lifted challenging myself more , increased steps, swim, eating 3 good meals and not feeling hungry in between. 💪🏻
New day, new mindset!
I’ve not gone off piste with fuelling or motivation but am battling many demons at the moment. So telling myself I’ve got this and dealing with every day norms is a struggle. However, I’ve woken up feeling positive and mentally strong which is a win. I’ve hit the ground running with a sunny walk with my boy Oscar 🐶, 500 ml water and 5* fuel for my body 💪
