Sooo super hungry after work and gym session this morning Chicken salad with sweet chill sauce and Greek yoghurt sauce pickled cabbage .. yum Also grabbed a ham egg muffin as soon as I got in.

💪🏻 eating breakfast consistently 🥴 Had tuna salad instead of takeaway pizza didn’t actually fancy it 🫶🏻 I’m human all I can do is my best 🥊 increase water and protein -standard 😩
