Vertical float and relaxation
Today I vertical floated for one minute. Learning to do relaxed rhythmic breathing and a calm state of mind it was easier to do. I did the same with treading just reminding myself slow calm rhythmic breathing makes it better. I encourage everyone to keep going everyday try something new each day and celebrate your small wins.
