Hi Coach @Jeff Wood and Coach @Meredith Barrington I today managed to glide and push forward after half hour of practising. I even found gliding towards open water more comfortable, as I could use the wall to kick off and propel myself. I managed to get 5 pushes at 4 sec hold each time. When I stood up, I saw that I was half way across the pool. I absolutely love learning and I am now on video 4, effortless breathing. I am practising the breathing procedure at home before I can try it in the pool. It's an amazing feeling that I've come this far 😁 ❤️. I am really not sure why, but, my body feels looks it wants me to do the breast stroke kick? 🤷♀️ . I don't know how to do that, so I refrain from trying, just in case I end up at the bottom of the pool 😂 Thank you once again 🙏
