I have been stuck at a 2 to 3 second stradle planche for half an year. Altgouh my from improved and i have pretty good from now but i expexted a longer hold for the pireod of time i have been stuck at the skill. I train planche once weekly and also front lever and muscke up. But planche is my main focus. I aslo do 3 trainings of weightlifting legs push pull. Do you have any routines? that got you good progress please let me know. Thank you in advance.
