Hi, I'm Ibrahim. I have everything I need to start transforming my body, but I have so many questions in my mind, like what are the best sets and reps for muscle building, and will my training schedule actually change my physique? I keep going back to square one, and every time I start, questions pop up that make me stop training. 😮‍💨😮‍💨
