50kg pull ups are starting to feel light, soon going for 60kg
Today I did 50kg x 7 reps a new PR and the first 3 reps actually felt pretty easy, but in the 5th rep it started to get real tough, let's see in the following weeks If I can do 8 reps and move to 60kg.
Now that I can't train weighted dips, my pull-ups are starting to get dangerously close to my dips😅
